An industry veteran with 15 years of experience across diversified sectors, Alphesh is the bedrock of Peepal Advisors and the Chief Executive Officer. He knows how large scale integrated projects work and how the wheels turn in the gold-collar world.
Before assuming the CEO’s mantle at Peepal Advisors Alphesh was the Director at one the leading search firm in India, Alphesh has hands-on experience in dealing with Global Conglomerates and High-Growth start-ups, working with executives in transition, “high potential” future leaders and Start-ups. He has an extensive background in Executive Search, leadership training, with particular emphasis in behavioural development inside organizations. His expertise lies with in-house coaching program design and strategy work, including development, implementation, evaluation, and professional supervision.
Alphesh’s corporate experience includes over a decade of experience working for top notch consulting firms managing workforce diversity, Board Advisory and cross border leadership mandates both in India and Singapore where prior roles in Business Development, Strategy, Sales and Marketing, as well as entrepreneurship. He is an Internationally Certified Coach and a Management Graduate from Singapore.
He has a strong global network spread across various countries in Europe, the Americas and Asia. He has helped over 800 senior management executives find the perfect organisation in the past one decade.

Chandni is the glue that holds Peepal Advisors together. She has more than a decade of experience working with leading search firms and Fortune 150 organization and spanning across India, Middle East and Africa. Her key areas of activity have been in coaching and consulting across Global Industrial Markets, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Retail, Infrastructure, Financial Services and High Growth Startup companies.
Chandni is a life coach, career coach, business mentor and a facilitator of Access Consciousness. She offers individual consultations and classes around the world and in corporate, empowering people to out-create and follow their dreams. She is also an energy healer and can heal anything from any traumas, drug-abuse, anxiety & depression from her personal empowering & energetic healing sessions and the results are at lightning speed.
Chandni is the epitome of maintaining relationships cutting across hierarchies. She has shown great resolve in handling high-profile engagements on behalf of some of the biggest names in the industrial sector.

DR. YOGESH DAUDKHANE, COACH
Dr. Yogesh Daudkhane is a Coach, Trainer and a Professor widely traveled in India and abroad. He is having more than a decade of experience consisting both, industry and academics. He has International Paper published in various International Journals on varying subjecst covering Human Dimensions. He teaches creative thinking which helps in business planning and new idea generation. His mission is to positively change lives of as many people as possible by adding value in it and show them the other side of their life which is more colorful, bright and happy.

To accomplish his mission he conducts NLP Workshop and Leadership Coaching for corporates, entrepreneurs, and students across the country.
He is an MBA and Phd from University of Pune.
DR. R. M. DASH, COACH
Dr. Dash has more than 21 years of experience in the area of HR and Behavioural Science. He is a recipient of NIPM Utkal Chapter SB Misra Gold Medal Award for Excellence in HR for the year 2006. Education wise he has done Ph.D/M.Phil./Masters in (PMIR); MBA-HRM; FDP (XLRI); ERPs (MDI), QIP (IIT-KGP); Psychometric Assessor (HRD Center); Diploma in Clinical Counselling.
Image building with values-driven practices is his doctrine in life for which he has been denominated as an Institution Builder, a Change Leader, a Trainer of Trainers to mention a few. Marked by over 15 Paper presentations and 11 National Publication Dr. Dash is reckoned an authority in the field of Human Resource Process.
